General eligibility considerations
The currently available campaign is intended for consumers with at least $10,000 in eligible unsecured credit-card debt who are employed or have a regular source of income.
The available program is not intended for federal debt, student loans, business debt, auto loans, tribal loans, payday loans, or personal loans. Medical debt may be subject to additional limitations.
Debt already transferred to collections may not be eligible. Final eligibility is determined by the independent provider.
